Robert Olshever
Chief Revenue Officer

Robert is one of the leading revenue, strategic marketing, sponsorship, and experiential executives in the he Live Event Sponsorship, Brand Marketing and Promotions business. For more than 30 years Robert has thrived on being the first in finding new and unique ways to create, market and sell media driven brand centric opportunities through to market. Robert’s business experience comes from co-founding the pioneering, award winning Marketing and Promotions Agency RPMC in 1986. At RPMC, he grew a small Travel Entertainment Promotions Fulfillment Company into a global Entertainment Marketing and Promotions Agency with a network offices around the world staffed by more than 120 full time employees. Robert led the sales management efforts for RPMC’s suite of core competencies in lifestyle/hospitality promotions, event sponsorships and activations, connecting multi-national companies and Fortune 500 brands to some of the world’s biggest lifestyle entertainment events in music, sports and special events including: the original Live Aid, Farm Aid, World Cup, Olympics, Grammy Awards, Film Festivals, and countless global concert tours and music festivals.In 2009 Robert sold RPMC and continued his sales and brand marketing acumen by launching IKP (I Know Promos).

Eric leverages over 30 years’ brand marketing, creative advertising, and design experience, serving from Senior Art Director to Executive Creative Director at Leo Burnett and Grey Worldwide, leading development of global brands such as McDonald’s, Kellogg’s, Raisin Bran, Special K, Eggo Waffles, Lee Jeans of South America, Globalstar Satellite Phones, Phillip Morris, Virginia Slims, and IDT. Eric broke the ad industry’s 40-year-old ban of advertising liquor on TV by being the first to create and run 30-second spots for Crown Royal Canadian Whisky, forever changing the liquor industry’s advertising future. A true brand specialist who brought a historical brand back to life, Eric was also chosen to lead iconic rebranding of the historical 100 year-old Thomas Register, and is currently involved with re-branding the Estate for Thelonious Monk. Eric’s global awards include the Effie Award, the Creativity Award for Best Spots from Ad Age, the New York Festival First Place Prize for Print, and others. Eric’s specialties extend across multi-channel advertising campaigns, digital tools, graphic, interior and environmental design, Mid Mod and Bauhaus sensibilities, as well as space planning and construction. Eric is a globally-traveled surfer and open water swimmer. His diverse entrepreneurial interests since 2008 includes real estate construction, where he bought, designed, renovated and sold over 30 properties, generating over 7-figure revenues in Denver alone. Eric holds a BFA from the Parsons School of Design.

Nikki is both a highly talent creative executive as well as an accomplishes, singer, songwriter, musician, and artist.

After touring as a back-up singer, performing on some of the most legendary stages in the country such as The Ryman Auditorium, Nikki fell in love with production. The behind the scenes where the making of the magic happens. Starting in the spring of 2016, she began work as the Production Manager at Black Label Content. Already, she has worked on a variety of live events, such as ABC Network’s Upfronts, Promax, and Nascar on NBCSN. She has also worked as a Talent Coordinator, and a Public Relations Representative, effectively managing and coordinating various talent organizations on set, and providing design elements and deliverables to major networks.

Donna Francavilla

You may have seen Donna in front of a camera when she filled-in as a local television reporter in Birmingham. You might have heard her anchoring on legendary award-winning all-news New York station WCBS 880 or on CBS Radio News over the past 20 years.

Now representing Q Go Live for KMG networks, Francavilla uses her knowledge and experience in the field to help stations how to stay abreast of the latest technology. Francavilla serves as President of Alabama Media Professionals and is a guest writer for the Radio Television Digital News Association’s (RTDNA) Communicator Daily.

David Graff

David Graff is President of leading Licensing and Branding Firm Sungate Partners. Prior to forming SunGate, Graff was Senior Vice President, Hearst Magazines International, and General Manager, Hearst Magazines Brand Development. In eleven years at Hearst, he founded and developed the largest magazine brand extension and licensing group in the world, resulting in retail sales topping $850 million annually, and the sector’s largest home video business. His accomplishments include initiating Wal-Mart’s first-ever licensing programs, applied to Sports Afield, Popular Mechanics and House Beautiful; licensing Esquire (ESQ) to Movado; opening Cosmopolitan fashion boutiques in Europe and Japan; creating and launching Cosmopolitan Virtual Makeover; producing and distributing Popular Mechanics for Kids television show; licensing Country Living to QVC; and the partnering Good Housekeeping and Marie Claire with The Home Shopping Network. Graff also negotiated publishing licenses for international editions of Esquire in Italy, Holland and Japan.

Prior to Hearst, Graff was an account director at the American Consulting Corporation. His primary clients included Quaker Oats’ Gatorade, Oscar Meyer, Chesebrough-Pond’s, and Citicorp’s Information Services Group. Earlier, he was a product manager at General Foods on Birds Eye, Ronzoni, Crystal Light, and Tang and was honored with the President’s Award for his creating and managing the Tang March Across America for Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
